Airline Food: Economy Class vs Business Class

Most of us don’t get to see both sides of the plane when we fly international and if you’ve ever sat economy, you’ve probably wondered just how much greener is the grass on the other side of the curtain. Since we ourselves have never flown first class, or what we enviously refer to as ‘high class,’ we were relegated to making assumptions about how they get the premium cuts of meat, the fancy silverware, a tray served with a flower, and most importantly, an unmatched service with a smile. While we can’t prove anything about how much more accommodating flight attendants are in first class with these pictures, at least they offer a glimpse of what we’re missing when it comes to airline food. Case in point, the lesser amount of food in some business class. Do some airlines assume those willing to pay more don’t need to eat as much? Just saying…
