What Disney Characters Would Look Like in Real Life

Jirka Väätäinen gives us a peek of what our beloved Disney characters would look like if they existed in real life. The Finnish graphic artist created his interpretation of each character’s persona complete with facial expressions unmistakably specific to each character. Began in 2011, Jirka (pronounced Yerka) created the series as a side project using Photoshop as a way to explore his interest in character design. According to him, “Having grown up with a lot of these characters, the sense of nostalgia made it such a fascinating and a fun personal project to explore and carry on with.” With the goal of creating a more relatable version of each Disney personality, it certainly brings back the reason why we fell in love with these same characters in the first place.
