A Floating City of Cardboard

Nina Lindgren creates a floating city of cardboard and lights that makes for a surreal and whimsical sculpture. An avid traveler, Lindgren draws ideas from the new cities and cultures she visits that eventually inspired her to create the interlocking city aptly named “Cardboard Heaven.” Measuring in at over 6 feet in diameter, the fantastical art installation took 2 weeks for the Swedish artist to build and 2 hours to set up at the Copenhagen Trailer Park Festival.
