Artist Creates Life-Size Animal Sculptures from Galvanized Wire

Commissioned by Historic Royal Palaces, artist Kendra Haste created thirteen sculptures for an exhibition celebrating the Royal Menagerie at the Tower of London. Crafted with her trademark galvanized mesh, the pieces include life-size lions, leopards, baboons and a polar bear – all of the exotic animals that were once a popular tourist attraction at the Tower.
