Beastie Boy Designs $5 Million Boerum Hill Townhouse

Beastie Boy Mike D has swapped the turntable for a drawing one and designed a 4,150 square foot home in Boerum Hill’s Pacific Street. Priced at a cool $4.98 million, it features fireplaces, terraces, kitchen with outdoor grill and helluva stunning rooftop. It’s not the first time the musician, real name Michael Diamond, has created a pad having previously worked with architects John and Jill Bouratoglou to design his very own townhouse.
