Circus and Fashion Come Together for a Dreamy Photo Shoot

Kristian Schuller brings the whimsical personalities of the Big Top to create a fantastical photography series in Magic Circus. The Paris-based artist studied fashion design and decided to bring his two passions together by becoming a fashion photographer whose work has been featured in the French fashion magazine French Revue and Vanity Fair among others. The staged photo shoot took place in Los Angeles and Cape Town where female trapeze artists were outfitted in billowing fabrics that brought a magical element to each image. Nothing else screams high fashion more than vibrant hues, voluminous dresses and maximizing the female silhouette. More of Schuller’s work can be seen in his book published in 2010 titled 90 Days, One Dream.
