Fifteen Japanese Designs Construct Incredible Exhibits from Amazing Paper

Paper is held in such high regard in Japan that it is almost considered a sacred material, perhaps most evident in their origami skills. Even in print publications, the paper is of the highest quality. Takeo, one of the country’s premier paper firms, each year teams up with designers to showcase the material’s incredible properties and possibilities. This year’s exhibit, “Subtle,” was all about the subtlety and light impressions that only paper can produce.
