Freedom Cove Allows Couple To Live off the Grid

Wayne Adams and Catherine King built their “Freedom Cove” off the grid in 1992 and it’s been evolving ever since. Consisting of 12 floating platforms that include a gallery, dance floor, art gallery and five greenhouses, the Vancouver settlement has half an acre of land for growing sustainable crops.
