Garage of the Bears by Openbox Architects

Collectibles in garages usually come in the form of baseball cards in a box that the hoarder, er collector, believes will be worth lots someday. This, my friend, is not an ordinary collector. Openbox Architects heeds the call of an entrepreneur who wanted a tricked out garage with museum-quality standards in Bangkok, Thailand. The exterior was built to blend in by using earth tones, shingle cladding, a patch of lawn, and a couple of pine trees. Designed by ONION, the interior is a combination of whimsy and awesome with an impressive Be@rbrick collectibles displayed behind glass walls on the left. A large playful painting of one-eyed characters from Marge Simpson to the Cookie Monster occupy the right wall along with a space for four cars. The entire garage is viewable from behind glass walls in the wine room. Yes, a wine room.
