Glass Sculptures That Draws You In

Shayna Leib creates glass sculptures displaying the fluidity and flow of which she draws her biggest inspiration from. Endlessly fascinated with the ocean, the American glass-blowing artist became a diver and an underwater photographer to explore the depths of the sea and has let its qualities influence much of her work. She continues to work with several mediums such as metal, ceramic and stone but her heart remains with glass for its intrinsic quality to display movement. Much like the tentacles of the sea anemones they mimic, her work has the quality of reaching out and drawing the observer in for a closer look.
