Handmade Hard Candy by La Confiserie CandyLabs

La Confiserie CandyLabs in Montreal demonstrates how they make custom, traditional hard candy. The three-hour process starts by hand rolling together layers of heated sugar to create a large log-like shape, until it is stretched out into thin strips and cut into hundreds of tiny hard candy pieces. Thanks to Sterokroma, the whole candy-making process is condensed to a short nine-minute video.
