Monochromatic Breakfast Photographers Bring Food Colors Into Focus

Taking a page out of the “Eat By Colors” diet, Fabienne Plangger’s Monochrome Breakfast series is a study of the different hues that grace breakfast tables. Each table setting is photographed from above on a white background, to let the color be the main focus. It’s an interesting project not only to see what the artist chooses as breakfast foods, but also to see the vibrant colors found in food.
