Passersby Net Profit On Local Street Art

Street artist SpY creates a one-word art installation that screams a powerful message. Part street art and part public intervention, the brazen artwork is made entirely of 2 cent copper coins worth €1,000 glued on a wall in a centralized neighborhood in Bilbao, Spain. Entitled ‘Crisis,’ it took local passersby 24 hours to completely dismantle the sign down leaving no traces of the striking artwork that carried with it a chock-full of meaning.
