Reaching that age when all of her friends were getting pregnant (and no doubt sick of being asked when she was next), Russian photographer Jana Romanova was inspired to take pictures of parents-to-be, but they were strictly not allowed to pose. Adding a touching air of authenticity, all snaps were taken once the subjects were in the land of slumber, and no doubt soon served as a reminder of those blissful pre-baby nights when they actually used to catch some Z’s.
