Sand Artist Uses City Streets As Canvas

Urban artist Joe Mangrum transforms typical city streets with sprawling temporary sand creations. Mangrum’s work is organic and evolves as he completes each piece. He estimates he’s completed over 550 sand paintings since 2006, with each one taking between 6-8 hours.
