Stunning Suspended Charcoal Depicts the Stormy Relationship Between Nature and Man

Fiction of the Fabricated Image is an astonishing project from Seoul-based artist Seon Ghi Bahk, which brings to mind debris trapped within swirling storms and tornadoes. Using nylon threads, shards of charcoal have been hung to create a range of abstract formations which include columns, orbs and droplets. It’s a beautiful and thought-provoking comment on the relationship between man and nature, on display in Miami’s Zadok gallery until the end of the August.
