Thomas Lamadieu Uses the Sky as His Canvas

Here at Lost in Internet, we have seen our fair share of artists using roads and walkways as their canvas, such as Roadsworth’s street art or Joe Mangrum’s sand art. However, this is the first time we’ve come across someone using the sky to draw on. Thomas Lamadieu aka (RootsArt) photographed the sky from inside courtyards and treated it as a blank canvas to draw cartoonish characters on for his ongoing series, “Sky Art.” Using the buildings as borders, the French artist used the odd and haphazard angles and lines to develop a play on perspective that made for an entertaining set of illustrations.
