Trippy Pop Culture Portraits

Nicky Barkla redesigns portraits of famous pop culture personas and turns them into psychedelic art. The Austrialian-based artist creates what looks to be a melting tie-dyed version of each person’s face that makes for a trippy display. We imagine this is what Andy Warhol would have created had Photoshop been around back then. With all the splash of colors, Darth Maul and Gollum never looked friendlier.
