A Disintegrating World by Sven Kroner

Sven Kroner paints bleak pictures of a vulnerable world slowly disintegrating under the weight we put on it in Apocalyptic Landscapes. The German painter has created a series of thought-provoking paintings that are not all too far from images we have all seen before at some point or another. Gathering inspiration from growing up among the forests and mountains of south Germany, his depictions traverse landscapes all over the world from the flooded farms of the countryside to the melting sheets of ice over frozen waters.
