A Hotel Dedicated to our Favorite Monochrome Bear
Pandas are a big deal not only in their native country of China but also to the rest of the world who can’t get enough of the latest panda additions in zoos across the seas so it was no surprise to us that someone came up with a themed hotel dedicated to the gentle-natured bear. Located at the foot of Emei Mountain in Emeishan, southwest China’s Sichuan province, the 32-room Panda Inn boasts to be the first of its kind to embrace the panda culture wholeheartedly. From the linens and furniture down to the soup bowls used within the 3 panda-themed dining rooms, no detail is spared in creating the perfect homage to our favorite black and white mammal. For the ultimate panda experience, it’s completely normal for die-hard fans of the monochrome bear to have a member of the staff dress up in a panda suit to accompany them for tea.
