Atlas of Beauty Project Give us a Glimpse to the Beautiful Women of North Korea

North Korea continues to be an enigma to foreigners while at the same, its people have been closed off to the rest of the world but in Mihaela Noroc‘s latest installment to the “Atlas of Beauty” series, we get a glimpse of the beauty that lies within the reserved country. Making it her mission to explore and expose the pure beauty of women all over the world, the Romanian photographer continues to spend her life savings to trek the globe to provide a window to the diversity of beauty. The photographs of the women from North Korea prove that beauty is universal and though the country is a bit segregated, its women continue to chase the standards of style donning high heels and classic outfits while special occasions bring a nod to more traditional, colorful outfits.
