Beautifully Designed Aquariums Compete in The International Aquatic Plants Layout Contest

The International Aquatic Plants Layout Contest is an intense competition that lets participants showcase their beautiful aquariums. This competition isn’t about the fish in the tank, but rather the foliage, rocks, moss and other aquatic elements that make a beautiful environment. Many of the competitors are experts in biology, design and photography and spend months—or even years—growing and maintaining their works. (Above: Reaching, Robertus Hartono)
