Get An Eyeful Of These Half Sliced Foods
I find cross sectional designs interesting because you get a glimpse of what makes a thing tick or the composition of a thing. It’s been done a lot of times with buildings and cars but not so much with food. Photographer Beth Galton and food stylist Charlotte Omnès do just that in a series called Cut Food. Peer into a pail of popcorn, inspect an ice cream cone and tour the insides of a cooked turkey. They also released a video that reveals some of their tricks. Check out the pictures for a unique perspective on food.
