Laser Create Astonishing Art on a Chalkboard in a Matter of Minutes

They say that art takes time, but this laser proves that it doesn’t always have to be the case. In a matter of minutes, the specialized laser system at LasX Industries in Minnesota is able to come up with a magnificent piece of artwork that should look perfect in your living room. Andy Gikling is the man behind this particular design. He relates that the process initially involves the laser moving back-and-forth in a raster mode that’s similar to a typical inkjet/laser printer. It then switches to a vector-like behavior and starts spraying all across the chalkboard like a gatling gun, which looks pretty crazy in the video.
