Massive Sculptures by KAWS Dot UK Landscape

Brian Donnelly, more famously known as KAWS, is getting massive support from UK’s Yorkshire Sculpture Park which is featuring several works by the multidisciplinary artist both indoors and out. The New York-based artist’s bright acrylic paintings and iconic art toy sculptures made of fiberglass, wood and bronze is being exhibited in the museum’s Longside Gallery. Meanwhile, the 500 acre outdoor space is dotted with 6 of Donnelly’s larger sculptures including a 19 foot towering sculpture of his signature Companion character, a reimagination of the lovable Mickey Mouse, made of fiberglass and wood. The exhibition is open from 6th February to 12th June 2016.
