Rain Turns Skeleton Flower Transparent
The skeleton flower, which grows in certain parts of North America and Asia, is a pretty badass name for something that’s typically associated with butterflies. Still, the flower does deserve its name since it has this cool ability of turning transparent when doused by the rain. You may have trouble finding one, though, as the flower’s default white color makes it look deceptively ordinary (fortunately for you, we have pictures). But as said, rainwater changes everything, causing the flower to reveal its miniscule petal skeletons when it gets wet. After it becomes dry, the skeleton flower becomes white again.
