Seduction Through Hyperrealism
Mike Dargas creates oil on canvas hyperrealistic paintings that oozes with female sensuality and seduction. The German artist dabbled in oil paintings in early childhood selling paintings at the age of 11 in front of the Cologne Cathedral and soon became the only child accepted in an art school full of adults. Inspired by realist and surrealist greats like Dali, Caravaggio and HR Giga, Dargas studies his subjects with such immense intensity and with a technique so precise as to create paintings that look like high definition photographs.
