Urban Planning At Its Worst

Robert Rickhoff manages to combine normal situations with a large dose of uncomfortableness. One would be akin to say ‘that’s so wrong’ after looking through the series “Out of Place.” The photo manipulations conjures thoughts of accidents waiting to happen and obstacles to make life harder than it needs to be. Rickhoff’s concept is twisted but undeniably clever and definitely gets us thanking our lucky stars that public spaces are not engineered this way.
