Watercolors Invading Photographs Create Dream-like Effects

Cleverly combining self-portrait s and watercolors, artist Aliza Razell’s work explores abstract narratives with dream-like effects. Her first series, Anesidora, involves the story of Pandora’s Jar. Her second series is inspired by the Finnish word ikävä, meaning the feeling of missing someone or something. Razell manipulates the mediums in Photoshop to achieve the final “paintings”.
